You pay only for active full seats — a user who performed an action (claimed, completed, approved, and so on) in the last 30 days. Reviewer and viewer seats, who can read and approve but not do the work, are always free. Your seat count is reconciled at each renewal, so removing someone or a quiet month never triggers a surprise mid-cycle charge.

Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings → Billing; to change or cancel, use the same Stripe billing portal or reach out. Billing runs through Stripe and your seat count stays in sync automatically.

Yes — Free is free forever for up to 5 users with the core checklist features, and needs no card to start. Paid plans are billed per active full seat once you subscribe.

The Activity log is on every plan: every action — claims, completions, approvals, skips — is recorded with who did it, when, and whether it came from a person, the API, or an AI agent. CSV export is available on Business and Enterprise.

Yes. On Business and Enterprise, AI agents connect over MCP and can claim, complete, and submit work for review — but approval gates always stay with a human. Agents are included in your plan at no extra per-agent charge.

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active through the end of the current paid period, and we don't charge early-termination fees.
